By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, whether or not you have a registered account. You may utilize the Service through one registered account.
The internet carries inherent risks, including the potential for users to provide unreliable, misleading, unlawful, or illegal information. We cannot verify the accuracy of statements made by other users. It is your responsibility to exercise caution when using any website. By using the Service and its services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and use the Service at your own discretion. PLEASE TAKE PARTICULAR CARE WHEN SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS YOUR SURNAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND PLACES YOU FREQUENT.
You acknowledge and agree that we may communicate with you via the email address you have provided. Notices applicable to all our customers will be available on the Service websites or within the Service itself. You will be considered to have received a notice at the time the email is sent or when the notice is posted on our websites or within the Service.
All emails sent by us and their attachments are intended solely for the addressee.
Registration, Account, and Password
To use and access the Service, registration is required. During registration, you will need to provide certain information and select a User Name and Password.
The User Name and Password issued to you upon registration with the Service are personal and should not be disclosed to others without our prior written consent.
You understand and agree that:
- We consider one account per individual/household as ‘fair use’ and reserve the right to deactivate any user with multiple accounts.
- You must ensure that all information we hold about you is up-to-date.
- You can update your registration details through the Service as needed.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Name and Password.
- You are solely responsible for any use of the Service using your User Name and Password.
- NEVER SHARE YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE ELSE OR ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO USE YOUR ACCOUNT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR IMPROPER USE OF YOUR LOGIN ID, USER NAME, PASSWORD, OR ACCOUNT, OR ANY USE BY A THIRD PARTY. IF YOU SUSPECT COMPROMISE OF YOUR LOGIN ID, PASSWORD, OR ACCOUNT, YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.
You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, complete, and correct. If you provide incomplete or incorrect information, you agree to indemnify us against any resulting loss or damage incurred by us and third parties who may suffer damage due to the information you provided.
Restrictions and Obligations
You agree to comply with all rules governing the use of software or games purchased through the Service, including end user license agreements. In addition to these terms and conditions, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, modify, adapt, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or any part thereof.
- Remove, disable, modify, add to, or tamper with any program code, data, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices and legends within the Service.
- Create software that replicates any data or functionality in the Service.
- Use or engage with the Service in ways not permitted by these terms and conditions.
- Include contact details enabling communication outside of the Service in any communication.
- Utilize your access to the Service or information obtained from it to send unsolicited bulk email.
- Make any public, business, or commercial use of the Service.
- Provide hypertext links, URL links, graphic links, hyperlinks, or other direct connections for profit or gain to the Service without our prior written permission.
- Use or process the Service or any part thereof unfairly or for illegal or immoral purposes.
- Delete or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notice on the Service.
Liability
SCKEYS SOFTWARE provides and maintains the Service for personal entertainment on an “as is” basis and is liable only to provide its services with reasonable skill and care.
External Sites have not been verified or reviewed by us, and all use and access of External Sites is at your own risk. “External Sites” refers to third-party websites and online services linked through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCKEYS SOFTWARE excludes liability for:
- Any loss or damage arising in any manner, including direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential loss, regardless of whether such loss arises from any known issues.
- The accuracy, currency, or validity of information and material contained within any Communications or the Service.
- Interruptions or delays in updating the Service.
- Incorrect or inaccurate information on the Service.
- Infringement by any person of any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party through any Communication or use of the Service.
- The availability, quality, content, or nature of External Sites.
- Any transaction involving External Sites.
- Loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software infecting a user’s computer equipment, software, data, or other property caused by accessing, using, or downloading the Service or any Communication.
- Any representations, warranties, conditions, and other terms that would have effect without this notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or error.
We will not be liable for failing to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by an unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war, or acts of nature.
Except as provided above, no other warranties, conditions, or terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, are applicable, and all such terms and conditions are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to conduct yourself lawfully while using the Service and not engage in activities that may result in civil or criminal liability or damage the Service’s reputation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password and User Name and for all activities that occur under your account. You indemnify, defend, and hold us and our related parties harmless from any liability and costs incurred as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions or your use of the Service, Communications, and your user account.
You agree to cooperate with us in the defense of any claims related to your use of the Service. We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
Termination
We may remove, restrict, cancel, or suspend access to and use of the Service and any part thereof if we determine (solely at our discretion) that you have violated any of these terms and conditions or if such action is reasonable.
Price and Payment
Payment is due upon acceptance of an Order. Payment may be made as outlined on the payment page of the Service, through PayPal, or other methods introduced by SCKEYS SOFTWARE in its sole discretion. SCKEYS SOFTWARE reserves the right to accept or decline payments made in any form. Prices are quoted in multiple currencies, depending on your geographical location. Payment should be made in the currency quoted. If you do not have an account in the relevant currency, payment should be made by debit or credit card (or other methods introduced by SCKEYS SOFTWARE from time to time), with your card company converting the amount charged to your country’s currency at the current rate. You will not be charged for Orders that cannot be fulfilled, and SCKEYS SOFTWARE will re-credit your account for any amount debited by SCKEYS SOFTWARE. SCKEYS SOFTWARE cannot guarantee the continuous availability of any particular Game or Product. All transaction details will be encrypted to protect against potential unauthorized access. Please refer to the Service privacy policy regarding the use of your data.
Returns and Refunds
Regarding video games, if an order is completed and the code has been used/viewed, reimbursement is no longer accepted.
Refunds are possible under the following circumstances:
- If more than 5 hours have passed since payment, and you have not yet received the product.
- If the purchased product is out of stock and will not be available within the next 2 hours.
- In case of an error with your game/software (Invalid, Used), and there is no replacement. Please note that refunds will NOT be issued for game glitches, failure to meet minimum system requirements, dissatisfaction during gameplay, failure to read the game description or specified terms.
If the product is found to be invalid or defective, a replacement will be issued only after verification by our team, which may take up to 48 hours to resolve.
Please note that for some products, the publisher may not provide a download service, and we will not be responsible for providing the download unless indicated in our product description.
Errors
SCKEYS SOFTWARE makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information on this site. However, occasional errors may occur.
If we discover an error affecting you, we will notify you promptly. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend a transaction until the error is corrected. We will make all reasonable efforts to prevent a recurrence and rectify the error as quickly as possible.
We may cancel an Order or sale and decline to supply the applicable Game or Product if it is reasonable to do so, including in the event of an error. We may also change or discontinue the availability of any Games or Products at any time at our sole discretion.
Fraud & Limitations
SCKEYS SOFTWARE reserves the right to employ any necessary anti-fraud measures. In case of fraud detection, SCKEYS SOFTWARE reserves the right to share information regarding the order or the customer with relevant authorities. The account in question will be immediately disabled and restricted from making further transactions.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all representations, terms, conditions, and warranties (including those related to satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and freedom from computer viruses) relating to products provided by SCKEYS SOFTWARE. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you (whether caused by negligence or otherwise) for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to products provided by us. This includes but is not limited to data loss, loss of income or profit, loss of goodwill, damage to reputation, damage to computer software, and other computer or storage systems.”
