Please note!

We sell digital activation keys, we are not the developers or owners of any software listed here. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the purchased software is compatible with the device they own. For example, Office 2021 only works on Windows 10 and Windows 11, if you have Windows 7 and you purchased an Office 2021 key, you cannot request a refund just because you didn’t know. We make efforts to provide detailed documentation on our product pages for our customers.

If you have received the software activation key but you have changed your mind, your order is not eligible for refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

You are eligible for support or a refund under the following conditions:

a. You have purchased a digital software product key from our online store which is not valid or activation fails because the key is not valid anymore and we are not capable to provide you a new functional code.

b. You contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days from the date of purchase.

c. You have not received any code/key within 24 hours after successfully payment.

d. You have a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

2. Ineligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

a. If you changed your mind but you have already received the key after successfully payment.

b. The software you have purchased is not compatible with your device.
