Office – TOKEN_NOT_FOUND

If you encounter the following error: “Error code: TOKEN_NOT_FOUND” when attempting to activate your Office key, it indicates that your key is not a “Bind” key and therefore cannot be utilized on setup.office.com.

Please note that your Office key is designed for a single permanent activation.

Follow the installation instructions that we have sent you. In summary:

1. Download the software using the links provided.
2. Install the software suite.
3. Open Word or Excel and input your key for activation.
